A basic and introductory course that will take participants on a journey to get to know the wild herbs that nature has to offer.
A whole day dedicated to discovering the wild herbs of the region and their many uses in cooking and for wellness.
The morning will begin with a walk through the Garden's cultivations and the surrounding meadows, discovering spontaneous spring herbs.
During the walk, there will be recognition, harvesting and fieldwork activities, exploring the properties of these plants and understanding how best to use them in the kitchen.
In the afternoon, the course will focus on practical activities, with a new harvesting session and insights into how to prepare a delicious and healthy snack using edible flowers.
