Basic and introductory course dedicated to discovering officinal plants and their use in cosmetics, to care for the body in a natural and sustainable way.
A day that offers the opportunity to learn the techniques for transforming officinal plants into useful and personalised cosmetic products.
The morning will begin with a walk through the cultivations of the Garden, to observe the officinal plants up close and discover their beneficial properties for body care.
During the walk, we will learn to recognise the most suitable species for cosmetic uses and will proceed to collect the plants needed for preparations. Immediately afterwards, the first practical steps will begin, guided by detailed explanations and useful insights.
The afternoon will be devoted to completing the longer procedures, with a practical focus on the production of natural cosmetics such as creams, ointments and oils, using natural and sustainable ingredients.
At the end of the course, everyone will take home their own preparations, the fruit of an authentic, hands-on experience.
