Leaves and flowers have been used for dyeing and colouring since ancient times, as a form of art.
We too can try our hand at using plants found in our local area to become Artists by Nature! Using simple tools, we’ll gently tap the leaves and flowers until the colour and shape of the plant are transferred onto our sheets of paper, which we can use as the first step in creating an original herbarium.
Can you keep a secret? Yes? And did you know that nature can help us with this too? Together we’ll discover how to write our secrets using all-natural invisible ink!
