On Sunday 21 June 2026, the Water Festival returns to Ridracoli: a day dedicated to nature, the lake and the many experiences to be enjoyed between the Ridracoli Dam and the IDRO Ecomuseum.
Throughout the day, admission to the Dam and IDRO will be at a reduced price for everyone, costing €4. The facilities will be open from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm.
At the Dam, at 11.00 am and 4.00 pm, the ‘BrassatoDrum’ marching band will provide the day’s entertainment with unusual mash-ups of songs from yesterday and today, including bossa nova, rumba, blues, swing, ska and funk.
The electric boat will also be in service throughout the day, offering 45-minute tours with a guided commentary on board. Departures are scheduled for 10.00, 11.00, 12.00, 14.00, 15.00, 16.00 and 17.00.
Canoes will be available as usual for those wishing to experience the lake up close, whilst e-bikes will be available for guided tours in the heart of the Casentino Forests National Park.
At IDRO, at 5.00 pm, the ‘Magic of Water’ workshop will take place, followed by a snack for all participants. Booking is recommended for the workshop.
