In the late afternoon of 24 December, the streets of Comacchio begin to come alive: at 5 p.m., the traditional 'Bambén' service will be held at the cathedral, which includes the blessing of the crib statuettes. At 6 p.m., the atmosphere becomes even more colourful, when the Trepponti, one of Comacchio's most iconic symbols, becomes the stage for a fireworks display that captivates young and old alike. The fireworks, launched in a blaze of colours and sparks, light up the sky and are reflected in the waters of the canals, providing an unforgettable spectacle that fascinates the whole family, from children to adults.
