With this herb cooking workshop you will be guided to discover a somewhat unusual culinary experience. Together with us, you will learn to recognize, collect and use wild herbs in the kitchen.
The workshop begins with a walk in the fields to discover the edible herbs that can be used in the kitchen and continues in the kitchen to prepare piadina romagnola, crescioni or tortelli alla lastra. At the end of the workshop there will be a tasting of what was prepared together and the delivery of the pantry and certificate of participation.
