Cervia hosts the contemporary art exhibition Endless Summer, held at the Magazzini del Sale (Salt Warehouse) from 17th May to 22nd June.
MAGMA promotes a three-year cycle of exhibitions that explore curating as a collective action.
The project takes its name from the famous documentary ‘The Endless Summer’, directed by Bruce Brown, and is inspired by light, the suspension of summer time, and the idea of eternal possibility.
Through the involvement of curators from different paths, in fact, MAGMA proposes an open and shared experience, which is not the result of individual interests but the return of a sunny and relaxed dialogue between professionals.
The exhibition 2025, in particular, involves a selection of multimedia artworks by emerging national and international contemporary visual artists.
The Endless Summer is a curatorial and perceptual experiment, an invitation to experience the exhibition as one experiences summer: with the awareness that everything is intensely present, yet already fading away.
