A journey through nature and tradition in the Tuscan-Romagnol Apennines
Join us for an authentic culinary experience, immersed in the nature and traditions of the Apennines. This hands-on workshop is a unique opportunity to rediscover ancient flavors and get your hands in the dough!
The activity begins with a guided walk through the fields to discover edible wild herbs. You will learn how to recognize, gather, and select them, then use them to prepare a traditional mountain recipe: tortelli alla lastra, a typical dish from the Tuscan-Romagnol Apennines.
Made following an ancient technique handed down from generation to generation, the tortelli are filled with wild herbs and cooked on a hot stone plate, as tradition dictates. At the end of the workshop, we will enjoy a shared tasting of what we prepared together.
Participants will also receive a recipe booklet and a certificate of participation.
Special offer: those taking part in the workshop can stay overnight at the farmhouse with a zero-kilometre breakfast for the special price of €35 per person per night.
