With this herb cooking workshop you will be guided or led to discover a slightly out-of-the-ordinary culinary experience. Together with us, you will learn how to recognize, collect and use wild herbs in cooking.
The workshop begins with a walk in the fields to collect herbs, on the way back you will be able to collect eggs directly from the chicken coop and continue in the kitchen for the preparation of piadina romagnola, crescioni and tortelli alla lastra. At the end of the workshop there will be lunch with what we have prepared together.
Overnight stay and breakfast in a double room with bathroom for those participating in the workshop €35 per person.
